Santa came in while we were singing Jingle Bells and joined in the song. He joked with (or rather, made fun of) the adults. He came up to Kevin, pointed at his hair, and said there were female porcupines outside looking for him. He later called out Kevin who was playing a game on his phone. Santa, mid song, commented on Kev texting rather than singing. I'm sure we all thought it was funnier than Kevin :) Santa had fun teasing the adults but really made the kids comfortable. He told the story The Night Before Christmas and had some kids come sit on his knee. He invited some kids up on stage to help him sing songs and just did a really good job with the kids. I think it helped them to not be scared of Santa when they got to sit on his knee. It was really great!
