SYTYCD

Last night I got to go out with some of my lovely in-laws (as well as other friends and families. I think there were around 15 of us). Steph hooks us all up with tickets for So You Think You Can Dance and we make a fun night of it!
We met up for dinner at Zupa's in Draper where Angie and Mary Kaye ate with us even though they weren't going to the show. Zupa's is always delicious! We went there last year as well and found that it's much better than a slow restaurant where you have to wait on the check.
We carpooled to the Maverick Center where our tickets were split up into two groups. Steph had decided beforehand that we would trade seats at intermission, just in case one set of seats was better than the other. As soon as we sat in our seats she was regretting that decision and the rest of us were trying to figure out a way to get out of having to switch--our seats were Awesome!! We thoroughly enjoyed that first half of the show. So fun :)

The second half wasn't as great, just because our seats were rotten. They were close enough, just on the very side/back of the stage so we had a poor view of the dancers. Oh well...Kent was fun to watch, Lauren was fantastic, and Allison is still my all time fave. Russell who was last season's winner, is a krumper which is soooo not my style...until he does it. He is awesome! Really they are all fantastic. The human body sure is an amazing thing!


It was a fun night and I look forward to SYTYCD come summer time!
