Let's Get Organized

When we first moved into our house, all of Rylan's toys were downstairs. It didn't bother me that when people came over they could see Rylan's toys everywhere. I liked having them downstairs so he could play while I did whatever. Well, then he got older and started running his cars into the wall, and marks started showing on our nicely painted red wall. So it was time to move them upstairs. We have a nice convenient loft, right at the top of the stairs. Now when people go upstairs, they see Rylan's toys all over! We have had little organization and he's built up his toy collection over the last year. I decided it was time we got organized! Instead of lining his toys up against the wall I wanted some shelves or bins or a toy box or something. We headed off to Target and picked up some cubical shelves to get us started.






Ok, so we haven't done much, but with just this little beginning, doesn't it look so much better? Maybe someday we'll replace those fancy paper blinds with something a little more durable...maybe!
